We have an overview of 90 websites and booking platforms for marketing your property. We will discuss the pros and cons of each of them in detail, how much they charge, how they work, how they dealt with the pandemic etc.

We will offer you a tailor-made plan of where to advertise in order to get as many bookings as possible, without paying through the nose.

Moulin de Fontenay isn’t just a gîte, it has a carp lake for guests to fish. This adds another marketing angle – both for the target group and the platforms where they look for fishing accommodation. We created a two-pronged marketing strategy, aimed at both gîte guests and the fishing community.

Maison Palissy is a great 1-bed gîte at the foot of the château of Biron, within walking distance to restaurants. It has it’s own garden and use of the pool, so it ticks lots of boxes for guests. We advised on the layout of their website, what content was needed on each page, and what software to use to ensure it’s not just attractive, but functional.

Villa CoraZazen in Andalucia, Spain, and her sister holiday homes are all designed beautifully, with great views and facilities. We advised Veerle about how to reach different target groups and nationalities through platforms and social media, and then a communication strategy for past guests. We also inspected her website and came up with concrete action points to improve it.
